Disconnect a channel in Zavixoo

1. Sign in to your Zavixoo account.
2. Open Connect Instagram or WhatsApp.
3. Select the delete or disconnect control for the connected channel and confirm.

Remove Zavixoo from Meta

1. Open Facebook Settings & privacy, then select Settings.
2. Open Business integrations and select Zavixoo.
3. Select Remove and confirm the removal.

Request deletion from Zavixoo

Sign in to Zavixoo and use your account support channel to request account or data deletion. Include your business name and the connected Instagram username or WhatsApp display number so ownership can be verified. Do not send passwords, verification codes or access tokens.

What happens next

After verification, Zavixoo deletes or anonymizes the requested account, channel credentials, conversations, imported sources and publishing data. Disconnecting a channel stops future collection but does not by itself delete the entire Zavixoo account. Information required for legal, fraud-prevention or security purposes may be retained only for the applicable required period.
